Not Your Normal Home Decor Store

If you ask Mike, he says “My wife’s a compulsive shopper”.  If you ask Lynda, she says “I’m not the normal home decor shop.  Not too many home decor stores have my stuff!  Like our girly-girl gifts – local artist jewelry, great handbags, Amish cashew crunch.  I love having a layer of surprises and trying new things." 

Our shop has a split personality.  Urban Elements (our other side) struts our more contemporary feel while our Right at Home side shares a mixture of traditional and French flavor.  We enjoy mixing it up to show today’s open approach of individual styling.  It’s about mixing old and new; using color and lines to make it connect just right.  Just like our store itself; we’re in this 100+ year old building with creaky floors, but there is always something new!

Please welcome Katie; our daughter to a more active role in our shop.  You will see her smiling face and positive spirit on a more regular basis.  Katie is a talented merchant and a go getter.  She is working hard on new ideas and new ways to continue to make our store better.  We are both thankful for her talents and her willingness to support our vision.

Mike & I will still be around...but not as often inside the store.  We are looking forward to sleeping in, living more, and working a less.  Don't worry though...we'll be stopping in and making sure all is Right!
